The Caribbean Twin Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago gave the original Trinitario cocoa variety to the world. As with all originals, it is best at its source; boasting unique flavour profiles and imitable aromas. Übergreen chocolate is handcrafted in small batches and made at origin, directly benefiting producers, the local economy, and ecosystems through our regenerative agriculture approach to cocoa farming. The flavour notes typically express themselves as predominantly red fruit but can also boast bright fresh yellow and browned fruit notes, as well as mild floral and herbal notes.
