Fruition ages cocoa nibs with Hudson Baby Bourbon and barrel staves from Tuthilltown Spirits, then crafts them into a creamy dark milk chocolate (61%) with notes of oak and bourbon. Ingredients: Organica Cocoa Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter, Bourbon  Gluten-Free; Nut-Free Like many bakers, Bryan Graham learned at his grandmother’s side.
