Kulleraugen- otherwise known as Engelsaugen or Thumbprint cookie, is a  traditional German Christmas cookie. These little butter cookies are truly heavenly. These tender, buttery cookies feature a delightful fruit spread center (blueberry, apricot, and raspberry-it’s your choice!) to make the perfect confection.
