Use them to make this refreshing recipe:Rose 75 1 oz gin 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 3/4 oz simple syrup 4 oz sparkling wine 7-10 drops PBP Rose Bitters Shake gin, lime and simple over ice for 6 seconds. Strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine and finish with bitters.
