Created from a single slab, interspersed with the finest local hardwoods, my Live Edge cutting boards are made in small batches to persevere the story only a single tree can tell, but add the stabilizing power of traditionally designed cutting boards. Made to last a lifetime with proper care and usage, my live edge cutting boards offer a distinctive look to any kitchen while cooking or showcasing your beautiful cooking space while not in use; you are not going to want to put this in the drawer. I purposely do not put feet on my boards to encourage using one side for cutting and one side for display while not being used; just place a dish towel or wet paper towel underneath board while cutting to prevent any kind of movement. I love making pieces that also act as a centerpiece, removing unnecessary clutter from already crowed spaces. All of my boards come pre-finished in FDA certified food safe oil and beeswax finished.
