We will provide a refund or replacement for a product that is damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item.  To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please send a picture of your damaged or incorrect item to info@cloverdesign707.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and will make sure your refund is issued or a replacement is sent if you are eligible. If a replacement item is not available, you will be refunded.
