The wood is dimensioned on four sides, squared, planed, the entire board is routed with a 1/4" round-over bit, a 1.75" hole is drilled for aesthetic and functional purposes, the entire board is sanded up to 400 grit, and conditioned with hydrating wood serum and conditioner.
