Cloudray laser provides 2-Year Warranty on laser engravers that sold by Cloudray laser Official Website to the original purchaser only. The warranty is dated from the original date of receipt. During warranty, Cloudray laser will will repair or replace defective parts including standard shipping witout charges.  Tech Support is included for the lifetime of the machine.   Cloudray laser provides limited warranties to the engraver which is subject to the following terms and conditions： *For any defective parts occurring within the applicable warranty period, Cloudray will repair the defective parts free of charge but will not provide engraver replacement services. No warranty services will be provided for engravers sold as second-hand. After the designated warranty period expires, Cloudray laser is no longer responsible for any costs related to replacement parts and repairs, including shipping fees.
