Hand-painted black accent with a clear glaze over white stoneware. This mug is "large" capacity, so it's perfect for a variety of foods and beverages from cappuccino to ice cream or soups.  Please note that some pieces may vary proportionally or may have a couple of small markings / imperfections. We feel that these contribute to making each piece a one of a kind.  All of our pieces are dishwasher friendly, however we recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of your piece. 4.75 x 6.75 x 2.5” holds about 16 oz
