Panoramic Ash Advanced Mount - Encoder Equipped

Description The Tele-Pod represents the most travel friendly mount for our smaller scopes. For more rigidity under heavier loads, the Tele-Pod head is attached to a high-quality ash wood Berlebach tripod and wood tray to become the Panoramic™ Ash Advanced mount. Since the Sky Tour encoder attachment points are within the head itself, the Panoramic™ mount is Sky Tour capable. The legs are crafted from solid wood and can position the cradle height from 28" to 46". The wood triangular accessory quickly attaches to leg spreaders with one attachment knob. Metal ground spikes with rubber tips are provided. A central wood tray attaches quickly and adds rigidity and a convenient platform for accessories. Encoder Mounts Our encoder mount packages include encoders pre-installed on our Tele Vue mounts along with the cables necessary to work with your Digital Setting Circles or computer (DSC / Computer). This equipment greatly enhances your observing fun and capability of your telescope. We also sell an encoder kit (STN-4001) for existing mounts without encoders. For utmost convenience, we recommend the optional Eyepiece Caddy to hold your eyepieces within arms reach.
