Jacobson of Aba Restaurant.  He wanted a mix that focused on juicy, crisp microgreens that could be added to cold dishes and hot dishes alike without wilting on the plate.  Our Big Leaf Mix contains: Sweet and nutty sunflower shoots Spicy purple radish microgreens Peppery nasturtium leaves Choose your sustainable packaging: Our default packaging is a durable, reusable Snapware container; which we price at our wholesale cost of $3. Subscribers will receive their greens in Snapwares, and can return them to receive the full $3 deposit back via our loyalty program. One-time purchasers may elect to receive their greens in either recyclable disposable plastic, or opt in for a reusable Snapware.
