Marlenis Imbachi - Flat White

Red fruits, tropical fruits and hops on the nose lead into an incredibly sweet cup. A plush cocoa base cools to reveal a piquant raspberry acidity. Located roughly 40 miles west of Acevedo, the town in Southern Huila that has been the focus of Passenger’s Colombian purchasing for the past number of years, San Agustín is a charming town with charming coffees. This very small (50 pounds!) lot from producer Marlenis Imbachi was produced from young Pink Bourbon trees, a relatively rare variety capable of producing amazing cup quality.
