Summer Grey

Tasting Notes: delicate earl grey with hints of cream Description: Summer Grey is a soft and delicate summer version of earl grey. A smooth earl grey tea that is similar to a Lady Grey or Afternoon Grey. This light and creamy version of earl grey is more subtle than our Earl Grey Crème and French Grey. A blend of brisk Ceylon black tea enveloped between layers of Italian bergamot, delicate creamy vanilla, and a touch of orange peel.  A versatile black tea that is excellent on its own, lovely with lemon, and can take milk and sweetener.  This tea is great as the base of a London Fog - brew triple strength, add a shot of vanilla syrup and/or lavender syrup, and steamed milk.   Ingredients: black tea, bergamot, vanilla, orange, cornflowers Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-4 minutes
