Tasting Notes: strong + brisk Description:  Our signature house breakfast tea is a blend of premium black estate teas. A blend of malty black tea enveloped between layers of brisk black tea. This blend has the balance of everything we love in a breakfast tea: hearty, rich, brisk, and bright all in one sip.  This breakfast tea is works well on its own, with milk & sugar, or with honey. Ingredients: blend of OP (orange pekoe) and BOP (broken orange pekoe) black teas from India and Kenya Steep Directions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 3-5 minutes
