Description Particulars For your consideration is a rather scarce Hardy Bouglé Lightweight I fly reel in new condition. The Bouglé Lightweight I & II were made for the Japanese market in low numbers and are difficult to come by. Both winding plate and spool have the teardrop porting. The Bouglé Lightweight I measures 2 3/4" from pillar to pillar and has a frame diameter of 2 1/2" weighing 3.0 ounces. The reel can be used left or right handed – currently set LHW. Includes original box, paperwork, and neoprene bag. Made in Alnwick, England.
