I have an "adopted" brother named Marvin through Compassion, and every 15 days, I write him a letter. I can’t wait to get his letters back! He lives in Uganda, and I got curious about his world—so I did some research and painted what I imagined. The bold, intense colors in this piece reflect what I feel when I think about Marvin—hope, joy, excitement, and a little bit of wonder. He loves to draw just like me, and I hope I can help him even more in the future. One day, I want to meet him in person, give him a big hug, and see his drawings with my own eyes.
