This Bourbon Peach Jam is rich with fresh peaches, spices, and a hint of bourbon (note that the alcohol cooks down to a negligible amount.) It pairs perfectly with flakey buttermilk biscuits or vanilla bean scones for holiday brunch, or in a charcuterie board hostess gift basket.
