One of the most sculptural century plants from high elevations in Mexico, growing with pines and oaks. These offspring of the famed "Monte" from Lance Wright's Portland OR. garden which bloomed summer 2020 to much fanfare. 3-5ft tall and wide, heavily toothed rosettes are deep olive-green brushed with blue. Accepts average garden moisture if provided excellent drainage. Best in full sun but adapts to partial shade. USDA zone 8, possibly 7b.
