This Icône tart slicer is the ultimate accessory when cutting cakes, pastries, or savory dishes. Francis Gelb, founder of Sabre, started the brand in 1993 after 7 years in his family's goldsmith business. The blades are made in France from a stainless steel and carbon alloy, necessary for a perfect cutting edge. The handles are made from acrylic for softness and aesthetic. Almost all of the cutlery the brand creates is crafted in a workshop in the Paris region. Product Details Material: Stainless steel and carbon alloy with acrylic handle Care: Dishwasher safe at 113 °F. When washing by hand, use soft sponges. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. Not suitable for microwave.
