Created by Alan Rubin’s sons and the namesakes behind his Alec Bradley brand, the Alec & Bradley Kintsugi is a nod to the Japanese art of reassembling broken ceramics and binding the pieces together with gold lacquer. The Rubin family suggests that, as gold lacquer helps to reshape and improve the original creation, cigars help bring a diverse range of people together in a spirit of togetherness. This spirit of harmony perfectly describes both the blend and the experience of each Kintsugi cigar. The Alec & Bradley Kintsugi Toro is assembled at the Raices Cubanas factory in Danli, Honduras, using Honduran and Nicaraguan filler tobacco that is nestled inside a Honduran and Nicaraguan double binder. A deeply textured Honduran Trojes wrapper surrounds it all to form an exquisitely crafted 6” x 52 Toro.
