Choose How You Use Your Spoons Sublimation Heat Transfer Sheet

How to use: Place design face down and cover with parchment paper. Set heat press to 390 degrees for 35 sec on medium pressure.  Transfers will come with a test transfer so make sure to test before pressing your clothing. Sublimate on materials with at least 50% polyester. Cricut has great t-shirts for sublimation here.
