Fog Lifter - Organic Brewing Cocoa

Characteristics Certification:  Organic Flavor Notes: Chocolate, rich and deep, to warm you up while watching that beautiful shrouded sun peaking through thick fog while also warming your own mind and body.  There is also a subtle woody note undertones and hints of smoke.  This has a lighter roast character than Shadow's Silhouette but was roasted heavy enough to bring a lovely deepness to the cup. And again, this is not your mother’s hot chocolate. And this is also not coffee. It stands on its own merits, so judge it on what you taste, not what you expect or what it isn’t. Brewing Cocoa This Brewing cocoa works well in coffee brewers and actually mixed with coffee. Other brewing cocoas can have a tendency to muddy the flavor of coffee I have found, or worse, clog brewing filters or screens.
