The beautiful colors of this hollow gourd sparked my creation. A heavy meal washer that I found in a store parking lot allows the gourd to stand upright. Next I drilled holes in the top so I could begin the stitches of green hemp. An adorable ceramic turtle climbs up the edge of the basket.
