Warranty is void if a suitable water filtration system is not used. The maximum recommended water hardness is 80 PPM (8 French Degrees), proper filtration is required to be available at the time of installation; otherwise, warranty is voided. Warranty takes effect on the date of invoice. Client is responsible for regular maintenance. It is also the responsibility of the client to inspect freight at the time of delivery for any damage and specify it on the delivery notes. Damage must be reported within 24 hours to RCW USA.
