A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before sending back any parts or products; failure to do so will result in the items being rejected. If necessary, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts or products with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the defective product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion. All repairs or replacements will be conducted through mail-in service at Whynter's Service Center.
