Turtles and Truffles Assortment

An assortment of our turtles and chocolate truffles. Our turtles are typically a caramel-nut mixture (pecans, almonds, cashews and walnuts), but we like to throw in a caramel-cranberry mixture here and there out of respect to the local cranberries. Our truffles have a smooth, rich, chocolaty center and a hint of the flavor of the liquor they are cooked with.    In rare cases the assortment may differ slightly from the assortment pictured depending on candy availability.
