Roundup in the Foothills - Color Reproduction

Roundup in the Foothills by Charles Beckendorf. Mr. Beckendorf painted this scene on canvas with acrylic. Mr. Beckendorf worked on this painting for years, coming back to the canvas and changing the sky or the foreground or the riders, time and time again until finally in 1982 he was happy with what he had done and painted his signature in the lower right-hand corner. The original was purchased by a prominent Texas doctor and is still hanging in his waiting room today. In 2002, Beckendorf's family asked permission to reproduce the image in two processes. One is a color reproduction on fine art paper measuring 23 X 30 1/2 and the other is a Giclee reproduction on canvas measuring a large 32 X 43, still significantly smaller than the original. The color reproduction on paper(product code RUFH)is limited to 500 and sells for $500.00, while the Giclee reproduction on canvas (product code RUFHCAN) is limited to only 150 and sells for $1550.00.
