1/16 Beef Share

This box includes: 22 lbs. of grass-fed beef. 2-3 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio 1 Roast. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast. 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak 1 Sirloin Steaks. 9-15 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85-90% lean). *Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly. Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. Freezer Space: A 1/16 Beef Share will require approximately 0.75 - 1 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
