Fire + Desire 2024: Graphite No.3

Graphite, Color Pencil, Charcoal on Fabriano paper 12-3/4 x 9-3/4 inches, unframed Fabriano Tiziano acid-free archival paper with deckled (rough) edge 2024 'Fire + Desire' figurative series explore sensual vulnerability, self love and expression. For the first time, I took my own photos to create drawing of myself making this release the most personal to date. Despite challenges of doubt, inner critic, procrastination and deep vulnerability. This process has given me moments of grace, appreciation, confidence, self love and bravery.
