'DIOCLETIAN' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'diocletian')

'Diocletian' is a mid-season peony.  Round, light-pink buds, open to large 7", cream and light-pink, semi-double flowers maturing to light creamy-yellow. Outer guard petals are frilled and ruffled. Each 32" stem has an average of three flowers per stem. Lightly fragrant and a vigorous grower, 'Diocletian' is a 2022 introduction by Joshua Scholten.
