Neck Measurement for Prong Collar should be taken “snug” immediately behind the dogs ears! 2.3mm PRONG APPROXIMATE  FIT GUIDELINES:   ·       4 Prong Opens 11″ to 19″ fits neck 12″ to 15″ ·       6 Prong Opens 13.5″ to 21″ fits neck 14.5″ to 17.5″ ·       8 Prong Opens 15″ to 24″ fits neck 16.5″ to 20″ ·       10 Prong Opens 17.5″ to 27″ fits neck 19″to 23″ ·       12 Prong Opens 19″ to 29″ fits neck 21.5″ to 25″ ·       14 Prong Opens 21″ to 33″ fits neck 24″ to 29″ All 4, 10, 12, and 14 prongs may take up 2-4 weeks to ship. 3.2mm PRONG APPROXIMATE  FIT GUIDELINES:   For heavy/thick coated dogs the prongs being larger make the collar larger by one size. If the chart indicates a 10 Prong on the 2.3mm, order an 8 Prong in the 3.2. The 3.2mm ship in 2-3 weeks.
