Discounted tuition fee for additional practitioners from the same office is offered during checkout (so allow the above Quantity to remain at 1) Tuition for two full 8 hour days, Feb 21-22 Continuing Education credits will be administered by NDX/Keller Labs.  Upon registering, attendee will be presented with the option of registering for the optional Saturday even session with Dr. Glassman, "Introduction to Sleep Dentistry" and a Sunday morning, Feb 23, hands-on session with Dr. Boyd fabrication NTI's and SnoreHook Splints.
