Hu Tong Di is recognized as a prized location for growing exquisite cha as well as being a unique geographic site. The valley and surrounding mountains are likened to the shape of a bucket. Hu Tong Di gardens cling to the top lip of the bucket, (the valley’s surrounding mountain peaks), at 1,000-1,100 meters. This unique mountain terroir has produced a soft and very balanced tea.
