The Big Buddy is a heavy-duty conduit rodder designed to take on big jobs such as manhole-to-manhole work and extra long cable runs. The non-conductive round rod has a solid fiberglass core with a polymer outer sheath to protect from abrasion and reduce friction. All rod comes standard with heat-stamped footage markings every 5 feet. The rated bend radius of 10 inches allows maneuvering in tight turns. The unit features a durable powder-coated steel frame and reel that allows operation in a vertical or horizontal position. Big Buddy rodders include dual feed rollers for smooth, non-binding payout and return. The friction brake adjusts payout speed for excellent control and safety.
