"Old School" Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 ABV: 14.1%  75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc. Barrel-Aged in American oak barrels, 30% new Tasting Characteristics: A big nose of currant and spice is followed by lush mid-palate flavors of red fruits. Mouth-feel is round and soft. Smooth tannins and bright fruit are indicators of wine ready to enjoy now. A staff favorite, Old School Cabernet is the wine to accompany pasta, grilled steak, spicy chile, or just some fruit and cheese…and don’t forget the chocolate!
