She grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and was always out on the water, sailing or boating, all the while collecting shapes and colors to put in her pocket and bring home as inspiration for her art. She is inspired by the local waters and her travels, she loves to behold her surroundings and then depict them in her own way on a canvas.
