Personalized Embroidered Medical Jacket patch - 3 styles

Don't pay a lot to have a jacket embroidered for work. Instead, apply a patch to one you already own. Turn any jacket into an official work jacket. Can be sewn on or glued on with permanent fabric glue on to any fabric surface. Also can be used to cover an old facility name on scrubs, lab coats, or a jacket that you'd like to be able to wear again. Choose your thread color for the name and credentials, choose from one of 3 styles (see styles in photos). Other uses for these personalized patches are to put on your lunch cooler, tote bags, etc. The measurements of the patches are in the photos however if you need a particular measurement for coverage, we can do that!
