YAMAHA RAPTOR 125 / 250 FRAME GUSSET KIT

Fits all years & models of Yamaha Raptor 125 / 250.  The Yamaha Raptor 125 & 250 share the same chassis less the specific engine mounts.  This kit will include all major areas including the rear engine mount gusset for 125 & 250 engine each - you will not use one depending on engine size.  Our kit also includes the upper & lower steering stem areas, lower frame rail with weld in 6mm nuts including the rear subframe area near the grab bar.   Specs: 29 pieces 10g (1/8" thick) steel covers all the major weak points. Weld-on only - this is not a bolt-on kit.   Full-color instructions. CNC plasma cut. This 29 piece weld on kit was designed to strengthen the OEM frame with gussets and still allow frame flex.
