Once the Dual Rotary Blade Sharpener is assembled properly, twist handle (clockwise & counter-clockwise) against the sharpening disk. Be sure to wet the sharpening surface before using. Just a little water on your finger to barely wet the surface is sufficient. For best results, use after each project. It's better not to wait until your rotary blades are uber-dull to sharpen them.
