20" x 32" overlay install door is designed to fit openings smaller than 20" tall and 32" wide. The opening must have a minimum of 3.5 inches of clearance on all sides and bottom. Openings that are close to the ground or other objects and don't allow 3.5 inches of clearance will require one of our custom built doors.  Doors are made in Mount Pleasant, SC Constructed of PVC, nothing to rot.  No hinges, nothing to rust. No latch, magnet mounted on inside of the door that is out of the way allowing for clean lines and less opportunity for failures in latches.  20" x 32" is the largest appropriate HOLE OPENING SIZE, the full frame dimensions are larger.  Listed Size: 20" x 32" Rough Opening Actual Measurement: 20" x 33.5" Outside Measurement: 27" x 40.75"
