This piece is perfect for the beginner cook or someone that doesn‘t mind a few blemishes for a great price. Wagner produced a series of slightly modified versions of its "Stylized Logo" and this version is understood to have been produced in the 1920‘s. The #7‘s seem to be one of the harder ones to find in this series, and we‘re really not sure why, but it‘s only one of a couple we‘ve had in stock! It is a favorite in our kitchen because of its stable solid feel and its lightness and ease on the stove. This pan moves slightly when prompted so it is usable on all surfaces but its probably best for gas or electric coil. It has been stripped fully and seasoned three times with our custom oil blend.
