It has been stripped fully via our usual electrolysis system and has been seasoned three times with our oil blend. Its surface is glass smooth it the small exception of a blotch of pitting at the 9 Oclock position which will not affect cooking in the least. It does not sit flat so if you are using a glass cook top it is not recommended, see our other skillets for options!
