Everyone should have one for their kitchen, as its so universally used. The kids use it for grilled cheese, omelets, quick heat and eat needs, etc... It does not sit flat so keep that in mind when purchasing. It will work on glass and induction because there is good contact, but it will work best on gas and electric coil. Keep heat low and slowly bring it up to temp. DISCLAIMER: We have prepared this piece to be ready to use or displayed in a collection.
