This skillet is a prime example! The double arc logo was only manufactured between 1895 and 1910, and has a heat ring for stability, a slightly shallower wall than the stylized Wagners, and is perfect for all around use. The outside once was nickel plated, but over time its developed into a lovely variegated patina. We LOVE the patina on these skillets! The outside was once coated in nickel but the inside is 100% black iron. It‘s a beautiful pan to display AND USE in your gourmet kitchen.
