If you want a skillet that lives in rarified air, this would be one of them. Often we are asked the challenging question of something like...."which one piece would you HAVE to have if you could only have one" or similar. Well, these Erie skillets are a perfect example. Griswold made Erie skillets are the earliest versions of the brand, made in the late 1890‘s. Early makers made their skillets by hand, and the very first Erie skillets were marked by makers with flowers, pineapples, and even a nautical anchor.
