Craggy Range Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc 2023

From The Winemaker The grapes are partially hand harvested from the estate-owned Te Muna Road Vineyard. Just over half are destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barriques using partial wild yeasts. The wine ages on its lees in old and new French oak barrels before being fined, filtered and bottled. Tasting Notes Grown on the lower terrace at Te Muna Road, this wine shows a unique level of texture and complexity. The cooler climate of Martinborough ensures the wine is aromatic with steely minerality while the rocky soils gives intensity of the fruit.
