Winter Trees / Sauvie Island - photogravure print - The Weekly Edition

When I am thinking about making landscape pictures, I am mostly thinking of winter.  The bare trees without leaves are so beautiful to me with their graphic quality and stark shapes. Knowing that they quietly, patiently, wait for the new season of leaves impress me as well. This hand-pulled photogravure print is made with  55981 Black, Bistre, and sanguine inks on Hahnemühle copperplate paper. I printed an edition of 8 numbered prints and  3 A/P prints.  Hand-pulled print by Ray Bidegain Limited edition of 8 6.25 x 8 inches on an 11 x 15.5 sheet. Signed numbered and dated by the artist on the lower front.
