Fallen shelter - Polymer photogravure print - Edition 2021

The props in my photographs are almost always volunteers, and this time is no exception. The wind broke a few branches off a tree in my yard and I kept them around for a couple of summers. Later I arranged them in this sort of structure-like arch in a space where I was making photographs in those years. Kelsey, a traveling art model I like to collaborate with came by one summer day, put on a dress I had been given the week before and we made pictures. This hand-pulled polymer photogravure print by Ray Bidegain is in an edition of 12 numbered prints and 1 A/P print.  Printed with warm Charbonnel inks on BFK paper. Hand made by Ray Bidegain 6 x 8 on an 11x15 sheet. Signed, numbered, and dated by the artist on the lower front.  Limited edition of 12
