They start with a Star block in the center and are then surrounded by frames of blocks. They include all the classic block pieces: 4-Patches, Half-Square Triangles, Quarter-Square Triangles, Square-in-a-Square, Flying Geese, and Pinwheels. This quilt will help you practice your piecing skills. This is NOT a learn to quilt class. With some homework you should be able to get your quilt top completed in the 3 sessions. The first session includes time to help you decide which fabrics to use in each frame, as well as some work time. The 2nd and 3rd sessions are 3 hour work sessions.
