Enchanted Forest

The road to Hana in the north eastern portion of Hawaii is truly a magical place. Every hairpin turn opens up verandas to the sapphire blue ocean and lush green rainforest. Early in the morning just after sunrise I pulled around a sharp corner only to be treated with this magnificent view. A large tree covered in vines stretched its arms wide above forming the canopy of the forest. In the background, 100 foot high bamboo shoots appear to be cascading off the hillside. The light morning breeze giving them their morning stretch as you hear the distant creaks of the large shoots. My recommended printing medium: Anything! If you go big do a canvas and take in all the scene's neuances.
